Shantale Monaette Agee 22, was born June 4, 1988 in Kansas City, Missouri to Anthony Bennett and Beverly Agee-Johnson. She resided in Ontario, California for a short period of time before moving back to Kansas City. Shantale graduated from Hickman Mills High School in 2006 and later graduated from Pinnacle College with a Medical Assistant degree, pursuing her Associates Degree in Surgical Technician.

Bobby Allen Briggs 69, passed away March 26, 2010. Bobby spent a lot of time riding horses and hanging out with family & friends. Bobbie’s membership with the Twin City Riders was for over 20 years. Bobbie was preceded in death by both parents and several brothers and sisters.

Ronald Eugene Burns 52, was born on November 19, 1957 in St. Louis, MO. He was the youngest son of Rosemarie Burns (who preceded him in death).
Ronald was educated in the St. Louis Public School System where he attended Stowe Elementary School and graduated from Soldan High School in 1977. High School and proceeded to work in hospitals as a Housekeeping Supervisor. In 1997 Ronald began his career at ADT Security Systems where he moved through the ranks to Monitoring Supervisor, working in Dallas-Fort Worth,TX, Aurora, CO, Omaha, NE and finally Kansas City, MO.

Marshall Canady 61, was born in Cleveland, Arkansas on July 14, 1948 to Isaiah Jesse and the late Girtha Canady Langford.

Opal Mildred Criswell-Cain 77, was born into time on March 23, 1933, she was born into eternity on June 7, 2010. She was born to the union of john Henry and Arrither Criswell (Riddle) in Springfield, Arkansas. She accepted Jesus Christ at an early age at Bethlehem Baptist Church also in Springfield, Arkansas. She graduated Minifee High School in Minifee, Arkansas in the spring of 1952.

Rufus J. Dawson 69, known as R.J. by family and friends was born July 14, 1940 to Ruby Sturghill-Dawson and J.D. Dawson in Shefford, Arkansas. Both parents preceded him in death. R.J. grew up under the supervision of his grandparents James and Cora Sturghill and aunt Bobbie Johnson. He grew up with cousins as their brothers and sisters Sarah, Leal, Georgia Mae, Harvey Lawrence, Shirley Himonia and Rufus Lee (Baby Gene). James and Cora Sturghill, aunt Bobbie Johnson, cousins Georgia Mae Newman, Harvey Sturghill and Rufus Lee (Baby Gene) also preceded him in death. R.J. attended F.A. Harrold High School in Millington, TN. He loved sports and played basketball.

Cierra Angelica Fields 18, was born February 4, 1992 to Angela. She was born in Kansas City, Kansas. The second of seven children. Cierra attended Grant elementary, Northwest middle school and graduated from Hickman Mills High school in May 2010. Cierra was well loved and known for her beautiful smile which never left her face. She loved to do hair and cook; she also had plans to attend culinary school in the fall.

Rathena Forbes 53, was diagnosed with cancer of the esophagus in 1999 and went into remission in 2004, only to have the cancer return in 2010. She lost a courageous battle on May 31, 2010, surrounded by family and friends especially her loving and devoted mother who never left her side during her final hours.

Lesley Eugene Hess was born on Feb 15, 1959, to Jeanette Hess and Eugene Jackson. Les was skilled with a pen at an early age but after attending Southeast High school he chose to enlist in the United States Marine Corp. rather than pursue his artistic talent He spent most of his young life in KCMO, later moving to Iowa before finally settling in Minneapolis, MN where he met and wed his wife Carolyn in 2003.
He enjoyed visiting the "boat", drawing, playing chess, spending time with family and friends. Less now joins his mother, Janette Hess, grandmother, Leora Hess, aunt Trella Savage and uncles, Orville, Raymond, Cornelius, William, Harold and Wesley Hess, who preceded him in death.

Johnnie Lee Hooker III was born May 31, 1988 and Joseph Lindsey David Hooker was born on July 6, 1991 to the union of the Reverend Johnnie Lee Hooker, Jr. and Windy miller in Kansas City, Missouri. Throughout John’s early years, he played baseball and basketball for various little leagues and IC triple A Teams. John and Joe accepted Christ at an early age and sang with their father as a member of the Reverend Johnnie Lee Hooker and family gospel group which consisted of his brother Joe and sister Janelle. The family attended the Evangelic Church located at Truman Road and Troost Avenue. Both John and Joe attended school in the Kansas City area they attended the Carver Christian Academy, The Heart of America Christian Academy the Kansas City School district. John graduated in May 2006 from Northeast high School and attended Longview Community College prior to enlisting in the MO Army National Guard. John completed his basic training in Fort Benning, Georgia. John was the sole proprietor of ACE Painting Company a subsidiary of his late father’s company Paint 4 Less.
